Gary W. Derrick

Gary W. Derrick is a corporate and securities lawyer at Derrick & Briggs, LLP, in Oklahoma City. He advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing, venture capital transactions, corporate governance, and business contracts. His work also includes business formation, restructuring, and securities reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
