Gary M. Rosenberg

Gary M. Rosenberg is the Founding Member and Chairman of his firm, Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., bringing decades of experience in New York real estate law. Since establishing the firm in 1975, he has played a central role in shaping major legal and development projects across the state. His early career included significant litigation and appellate work, contributing to landmark decisions that influenced real estate regulations and property rights.

Mr. Rosenberg earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1975 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
