Mr. Rosenberg earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1975 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
