Gary M. Mars is a Florida Bar Board Certified Condominium and Planned Development Law specialist with over 32 years of experience in community association representation. Since joining the firm in 1991, he has built a distinguished career handling all aspects of community association law, including transactional work, covenant enforcement litigation, contract review, and construction defect negotiations.
