Gary F. Liles serves as Of Counsel at Eichenbaum Liles & Honaker Law, where he brings decades of experience in real estate, business, and commercial law. Since joining the firm in 1976 and becoming a shareholder in 1981, he has built a respected practice handling a wide range of civil trial and transactional matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex business and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate.

Mr. Liles earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis in 1971 and his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1974, where he served as Associate Editor of the University of Memphis Law Review. His strong academic background provided a foundation for a distinguished legal career spanning nearly five decades.

Over the years, Mr. Liles has represented local, regional, and national developers, retailers, and investors in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of commercial properties. His work includes shopping centers, regional malls, office buildings, and other major real estate projects, along with the related financing and loan transactions. In addition, he continues to represent both individuals and businesses in a variety of personal, business, and commercial matters.

Gary F. Liles is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the U.S. District Courts in Arkansas, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. As Chairman of the Board and CEO of the firm, he combines legal insight with leadership, ensuring that clients receive effective, results-oriented counsel across a broad spectrum of legal needs.
