Garvan F. McDaniel

Garvan F. McDaniel is a trusted Delaware attorney with extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and real estate transactions. He regularly advises corporate clients on collections and practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. His practice includes representing national and regional banks in asset recovery and litigation, as well as serving as Delaware counsel for multinational corporations through his relationships with leading law firms.

Garvan earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2001 after completing his B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University in 1997. Admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2001, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His academic training and early professional experience laid the foundation for a career focused on delivering practical, results-oriented representation in complex financial and litigation matters.

Garvan’s practice includes representing debtors, trustees, unsecured creditors’ committees, landlords, preference defendants, and trade creditors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
