Garry R. Salomon

Garry R. Salomon is a founding member and managing partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in Teaneck. He has spent more than three decades representing injured clients in personal injury litigation. His work includes motor vehicle, motorcycle, pedestrian, bicycle, truck and bus accidents, construction-site incidents, dram shop claims, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall matters, and wrongful death cases. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey.

Salomon earned a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Before entering law, he studied accounting and briefly worked with Arthur Young. His academic and early professional background provided experience with financial analysis and structured problem solving, while his legal education prepared him for the evidence, procedure, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy required in serious personal injury cases.

Salomon is admitted in New Jersey, before the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and before the US Supreme Court. His Civil Trial Attorney certification was renewed in 2025 and remains valid through 2030. He has represented thousands of injured people and has remained active in the New Jersey Association for Justice, where his trial experience has supported professional education and leadership within the plaintiffs’ bar.
