Gabriel Jiménez has over twenty-five years of experience representing clients in diverse immigration and nationality law cases. Gabriel began his academic journey at the University of Texas at El Paso, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1993 with a B.A. in English and American Literature. That same year, he received the Academic Achievement Award, recognizing his scholarly excellence. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1996. While at UCLA, he gained hands-on experience in appellate advocacy clinics led by a former California Supreme Court Justice and completed a trial advocacy internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.

Gabriel spent the first decade of his legal career working at medium-sized and large law firms in Los Angeles. During that time, he developed extensive experience in civil and administrative litigation as well as immigration law. He represented a wide range of clients, including major corporations such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and the City of Los Angeles. These experiences refined his skills in handling complex cases and reinforced his focus on providing thorough and results-oriented representation.

Gabriel Jiménez now dedicates his practice exclusively to immigration and nationality law. He is admitted to the California State Bar and multiple federal courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Fifth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Central District of California and the Western District of Texas.
