Fredric J. Robbins is a Cincinnati business attorney with more than 50 years of legal experience. His transactional practice covers corporate law, estate planning and probate, and real estate law. He serves as general counsel to closely held and family businesses, helping owners address daily legal needs and long-term plans. Fred earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in 1971. He later received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1974. His business and legal education established a strong foundation for advising entrepreneurs, company owners, and families on complex transactions. This background supports his ability to assess legal risks while keeping commercial and personal objectives in view.

Fred advises clients on business formation and structure, owner buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, and business succession planning.
