Frederick W. Schultz is an Indiana trial lawyer and a partner at Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers, representing injured clients in personal injury law, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, and insurance disputes. He has tried numerous jury cases in state and federal courts throughout Indiana. His work also includes serious accident claims involving brain injuries, spinal injuries, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle crashes, and other significant harm. He brings extensive courtroom experience to complex civil matters for injured clients.
Frederick earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 1996 and his B.S. with honors in Economics from Butler University in 1992. He began his legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office from 1996 to 1998. He later worked in private practice before co-founding his current firm in 2005 and building a career focused on plaintiff-side civil trial work in Indiana practice.
Frederick is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has written and spoken at continuing legal education programs in Indiana and across the country on trial preparation, professional responsibility, witness presentation, and civility. He has served in leadership with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Frederick W. Schultz has received major professional recognition, including the Max Goodwin Award from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the F.
