Burk Roberts is a seasoned Texas attorney known for his dedication to clients and his exceptional legal insight. His areas of focus include real estate, business, probate, and estate planning. Burk began his academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his B.A. in 1989. He continued at Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers and received his J.D. in 1991. Licensed by the Texas Supreme Court since 1992, his educational and professional path reflects a lifelong commitment to mastery in law and service to the public.
Throughout his career, Burk has actively contributed to the legal community through his involvement with the State Bar of Texas, including the Family Law and Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Sections. He has also been a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and served as Co-chair for the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism. His professional memberships extend to the Bell County Bar Association, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
Burk Roberts’ excellence has been acknowledged through multiple honors. He was recognized as “Excellent” by Avvo and named “Outstanding Young Man of America” in 1998. He has been listed in Marquis Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World, and was honored by the Killeen Daily Herald as part of the “Central Texas’ 100 Best” in the attorney category.
