Francis J. Slavin

Francis J. Slavin has built a respected legal career through decades of service in litigation, real estate, and construction law. He has guided individuals, businesses, and developers through complex disputes involving contracts, foreclosures, eminent domain, and property development. His experience also includes judicial service as Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Arizona.

Francis completed his academic training at the University of Cincinnati, earning his undergraduate degree before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During his time in law school, he was honored as a member of the Order of the Coif, reflecting his academic excellence, and also participated in Phi Delta Phi.

Francis became licensed to practice in Ohio in 1968 and in Arizona in 1972, building a strong foundation for his legal practice. His professional work includes serving as a shareholder and director at a prominent law firm, and later, as chair and member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Judicial Evaluation Committee and Disciplinary Commission.
