Felix M. Lasarte

Felix M. Lasarte is a Miami government relations, land use, and development attorney who advises businesses, developers, and public-sector clients. His practice addresses zoning, permitting, government approvals, procurement, and regulatory strategy. He also works on international business and policy matters involving Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Felix has three decades of experience navigating government agencies and development matters in South Florida.

Felix earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University in 1991. He later received a Juris Doctor, with honors, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1994. He became a member of the Florida Bar that year.
