Faye D. Cox is the Managing Partner at Schulze, Cox & Will, where she provides experienced legal counsel in estate planning, business representation, adoptions, consumer protection, and real estate law. Known for her practical problem-solving and client-centered approach, she develops tailored legal strategies that serve individuals, families, and businesses alike.
Faye began her legal career at the firm while still a student at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she graduated in 2001. She holds a magna cum laude undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed Ohio title agent. Her legal background also includes clerkships with the Seventh District Court of Appeals and Bank One NA.
Faye is admitted to practice in Ohio and has appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court. She has spoken at numerous seminars on real estate, estate planning, contracts, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. She has also testified before the Ohio General Assembly on proposed legislation affecting homeowners and builders.
Faye’s practice includes estate and trust administration, guardianships, asset protection, Medicaid planning, business planning and sales, contract law, and real estate development. She is the owner of Midland Title Agency and serves as counsel to several notable companies in Union County.
A committed community leader, Faye D. Cox has served on multiple boards and commissions, including the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Character and Fitness.
