Everett O’Malley

Everett O’Malley is an attorney whose practice covers a broad range of legal matters, allowing him to assist individuals, families, and businesses with practical solutions to challenging issues. His work includes Family Law, Criminal Defense, Juvenile matters, OWI Defense, Estate Planning, Contract Law, Probate, Civil Law, Real Estate, and Business Law. Everett earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2015. While completing his undergraduate studies, he also obtained a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He later attended the University of Maine School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, further developing his legal research and writing skills.

Everett gained valuable experience before and during his legal education through a variety of professional and practical roles. Prior to law school, he worked with the Assessor and Tax divisions for Kane County in Illinois. These responsibilities provided insight into government processes and property-related matters, helping him build a strong foundation for future legal work.

Everett expanded his legal knowledge through internships and clinical opportunities that exposed him to different areas of the law. He interned in the legal department at Unum Insurance, a Fortune 500 Company. He also worked as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic in Maine and gained additional experience with the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office in Fond du Lac. These positions strengthened his ability to analyze legal issues and assist people facing complex situations.

Everett O’Malley is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. His diverse background and experience across multiple legal disciplines allow him to serve clients with thoughtful guidance and practical representation. Whether helping with family-related concerns, criminal matters, estate planning, probate issues, business matters, or real estate transactions, he remains committed to providing informed legal support tailored to each client’s circumstances.
