Ethan M. Watts is a seasoned attorney with over 19 years of legal experience across business law, real estate law, intellectual property, data privacy, and cyber law. He supports clients in legal areas such as technology transactions, IP licensing, business formation, commercial contracts, and outside general counsel services. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He went on to earn both a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego School of Business Administration. While in law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal and participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Ethan began his legal practice at Mazzarella Dunwoody & Caldarelli, LLP, and later joined Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP. Over the years, Ethan has built a reputation for guiding startups, securing and protecting intellectual property, and navigating legal aspects of internet and technology matters.
