Peter A. Lesser

Peter A. Lesser is the managing partner and founder of Sirlin Lesser & Benson, P.C., a boutique law firm serving real estate and business clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Known for his innovative “spoke and wheel” model, Peter provides integrated legal solutions to support client decision-making across commercial litigation and real estate matters.

Peter earned his J.D. from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University in 1990 and holds a B.A. from Lehigh University (1987). He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Peter represents a wide range of real estate stakeholders, including owners, developers, asset managers, and leasing agents. He has successfully handled thousands of cases in state and federal courts, including the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
