Erlinda Ocampo Johnson is the founder of the Law Office of Erlinda Ocampo Johnson, LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She later became a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, where she spent six years handling complex drug conspiracies, criminal enterprises, wiretap investigations, and related federal prosecutions.

Johnson now applies her prosecutorial background to defending clients accused of serious state and federal offenses. Her practice includes multi-defendant drug conspiracies, controlled delivery and undercover investigations, RICO matters, tax fraud and evasion, public corruption, asset forfeiture, weapons offenses, homicide, and white collar crimes.
