Erin Lane is a founding partner of Washington Law Group, PLLC, and a dedicated bankruptcy attorney with over ten years of experience helping individuals overcome financial hardship. Based in Seattle, Washington, Erin has built a career focused on providing compassionate and effective legal support to honest, hard-working people facing debt challenges. Erin earned her J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 2007, following her undergraduate studies in Political Science at San Diego State University. Her legal career includes significant roles in consumer law and bankruptcy, including managing Chapter 7 cases for a bankruptcy trustee and heading the bankruptcy and consumer law department at The Law Offices of Jason S. Newcombe. She continues to serve “Of Counsel” to that firm while leading bankruptcy services at Washington Law Group.
