Christina Henry

Christina Henry is a highly respected consumer protection attorney committed to defending clients from predatory lending and unfair debt collection practices. She regularly litigates violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She has been a prominent force in consumer rights litigation in Seattle and nearby areas, helping individuals fight for financial justice.

Christina earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. She further developed her expertise during her clerkship with Hon. Whitney Rimel, Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of California. This strong educational and judicial foundation informs her strategic and compassionate legal approach.

Christina’s legal practice is resolving private student loan issues, mortgage modification disputes, and creditor violations involving “zombie loans,” automatic stay breaches, and discharge injunctions. Earlier in her career, Christina represented clients at Crocker Law Group and served as counsel for mortgage lenders at Routh Crabtree Olsen, handling bankruptcy matters across Washington state.
