Erin D. Larsgaard

Erin D. Larsgaard is the President and Managing Partner of Wold Johnson, P.C. in Fargo. Her practice includes estate planning and probate, real estate, collections, and corporate and business law. She advises individuals and businesses on planning, property, debt, and organizational matters that often require careful documentation and attention to long-term consequences. Larsgaard’s practice combines transactional work with an understanding of court procedure gained through legal training and judicial experience.

Larsgaard graduated summa cum laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal after completing the program in three years. She then attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law on a full scholarship and graduated summa cum laude with a Juris Doctor. During law school, she served as Publications Editor of the St. Thomas Law Journal, earned Dean’s List and Dean’s Award recognition, and worked as a research assistant.

During law school, Larsgaard also completed a judicial externship with Magistrate Judge Becky R. Thorson in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. She is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota and is admitted to federal court in both states. Her practice includes preparing estate plans, guiding probate matters, addressing real estate issues, pursuing collections, and assisting with corporate and business needs that may involve contracts, ownership, or ongoing legal compliance.

Erin D. Larsgaard has served on the board of CCRI and in a leadership role with the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber’s Young Professionals Network. She was recognized as the network’s Young Professional of the Year in 2019. Larsgaard brings strong academic credentials, judicial externship experience, and a varied civil practice to client matters. Her work helps individuals and businesses organize legal affairs, address property and debt issues, and plan for future transitions with clear documentation.
