Erica Halley Blackstock focuses on transactional legal matters involving real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and business organization. She works with developers, entrepreneurs, retail businesses, and property owners on a wide range of legal issues. Erica earned a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. She later received her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015, graduating with Honors. During law school, she served on the Judiciary Committee of the Oklahoma Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure II and Torts II. She was also awarded the Comfort “Top Ten” Scholarship and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.

Erica advises clients on many aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, financing arrangements, easements, leasing matters, and title review. She also assists businesses with entity formation, governance matters, and operational agreements. Her work often involves structuring and negotiating transactions while helping clients manage legal and business concerns in an efficient manner.
