Eric Wollard

Eric Wollard is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Foothills Family Law, providing experienced legal representation across Colorado’s Front Range. He focuses on family law, estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, mediation, and appeals. With more than 27 years of courtroom experience, Mr. Wollard brings a practical, strategic approach to complex legal matters. He works closely with clients to explain their options clearly and develop legal strategies that align with their goals during challenging times.

Mr. Wollard earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1998. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 1993. His academic background provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving, which continues to guide his work as a practicing attorney.

Mr. Wollard has handled a wide range of divorce, custody, support, and probate matters throughout his career. He has successfully litigated cases in numerous state and federal courts throughout Colorado. His practice reflects a deep understanding of both trial preparation and courtroom procedure, allowing him to represent clients effectively in both contested cases and negotiated resolutions. In addition to litigation, he has extensive experience with mediation and appellate matters.
