Eric T. Grande

Eric T. Grande is the CEO and founder of LVG Title & Escrow, LLC and has concentrated his legal practice on real estate matters for many years. He began his career at a general-practice firm handling Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Corporate Law before becoming a partner. He later established Grande Law Firm in 2000. Since that time, his practice has been dedicated to representing clients in real estate matters across multiple states.

Eric earned his J.D. from Suffolk Law School in 1990. After law school, he immediately began practicing at a general-practice firm where his work included real estate, personal injury, and corporate matters. That early experience preceded his move into a more concentrated real estate practice. His legal background now supports work involving property transactions, lender requirements, title and escrow responsibilities, and the documentation and coordination required when real estate matters involve parties in more than one jurisdiction.

Eric represents clients in multistate real estate matters and has developed a clientele that includes local lenders as well as national lending institutions. His work serves lenders and borrowers who need legal and title-related support for property transactions. He is licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Virginia, and Maryland. This multistate licensing allows his practice to support transactions involving clients and lending relationships that extend beyond a single state.

Eric T. Grande brings long-term real estate experience to his work through LVG Title & Escrow and his related law practice. His career has progressed from general practice to partnership, firm ownership, and the creation of a title and escrow company focused on real estate services. He is CRESPA Certified, while his law office is described as CFPB compliant and Best Practice certified. His practice combines personal service with representation for local and national real estate clients.
