Krista L. Andrews

Krista L. Andrews is a shareholder at ABST Law in Fargo, North Dakota. Her practice includes family law, estate planning, real estate, and landlord-tenant law. During law school, she served as Developments Editor on the North Dakota Law Review. Following graduation, she clerked for the South Central Judicial District Court. Her academic and early legal experience gave her a foundation in research, legal writing, and court procedures.

Krista worked for the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office and the North Dakota Department of Human Services before joining ABST Law in 2007. She also served in the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office Child Support Enforcement Division. This public-sector experience informs her work on family matters and disputes where legal rules affect parents, children, and property owners. Her practice involves both evaluating clients’ rights and helping them understand options for resolving contested issues.

Krista L. Andrews is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
