Eric Buckner is the managing partner of Katz, Kantor, Stonestreet & Buckner, PLLC, where he represents people harmed by negligence and wrongful conduct. Based in southern West Virginia, his personal injury practice serves seriously injured clients and families throughout Mercer, McDowell, Summers, Raleigh, Wyoming, and Kanawha Counties. Buckner handles matters involving vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, unsafe property conditions, workplace injuries, insurance disputes, and wrongful death.
Buckner earned his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2003, graduating within the top quarter of his class. He received the Ned and June Shott Law Scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts II. He previously graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in political science, earning several academic honors.
Since joining the firm in 2003, Buckner has advocated for injured people seeking compensation after serious accidents and other harmful conduct.
