Bron Rammell is a partner at May, Rammell & Wells in Pocatello, Idaho, with a broad trial practice focused on civil rights, wrongful death, personal injury, employment rights, and criminal defense. He represents individuals in difficult disputes and serious cases that may require extensive investigation, motion practice, negotiation, and jury trials. Clients rely on Bron for practical guidance and experienced advocacy in complex state and federal litigation.
Bron earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1991. During law school, he served as a pro tem municipal judge in The Dalles, Oregon, while working with the presiding judge’s law practice. He was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 1992 and became a partner at the firm in 1995. His background supports careful legal analysis, courtroom judgment, and effective case preparation.
Bron has tried serious criminal matters before juries, obtained a civil jury verdict exceeding $1 million, and represented individuals in complicated civil rights cases. His appellate experience includes arguing before the Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Court of Appeals. In Taft v. Jumbo Foods, he represented the appellants in a motor vehicle injury dispute involving imputed liability and negligent entrustment, helping secure a partial reversal and remand on appeal.
Bron Rammell has received a Lifetime Achievement selection from America’s Top 100 Attorneys and was featured by the Idaho State Bar for professional service. He chairs the Idaho Client Assistance Fund, serves on the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association board, and is a delegate to the American Association for Justice. Bron combines extensive courtroom experience with a service-oriented approach, helping clients address difficult legal challenges with preparation, persistence, and practical judgment.
