Emily M. Latiolais is an experienced family law attorney and certified mediator at Jones Family Law Group, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri. Emily also drafts pre- and postnuptial agreements and guides clients through family law mediation with a cooperative, solutions-focused approach. Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2016. Emily is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Louisiana, and Illinois, bringing a wide range of experience to the clients she serves in St. Louis and beyond.

Emily has always felt called to family law and domestic relations work. While in law school, she took every family law elective available and served as a student attorney in the family law clinic, helping clients who could not otherwise afford representation. After graduation, she spent time at a large personal injury firm but quickly realized her passion was for family law. She then built a successful solo practice where she provided dedicated and compassionate representation to families from all walks of life before joining Jones Family Law Group, LLC.
