Emily LeClerc is an attorney whose practice spans Estate Planning, Family Law, Landlord/Tenant Issues, and Civil Litigation. Drawing on experience gained in both litigation and criminal law settings, she brings a practical and thoughtful approach to helping clients address a wide range of legal matters. Her background has provided valuable exposure to courtroom advocacy, case preparation, and the day-to-day challenges individuals face when navigating the legal system.
Emily earned an undergraduate degree from Salem State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a focus on accounting and economics. She received her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in December 2023. Emily became a licensed attorney in Massachusetts in June 2024 and was admitted to practice in New Hampshire in December 2024.
Emily developed a strong foundation in civil litigation through work involving insurance subrogation matters. In that role, she regularly appeared in court and represented insurance companies across multiple levels of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire court systems. This hands-on litigation experience strengthened her understanding of legal procedure, case strategy, and effective advocacy. Additional experience with the Essex County District Attorney’s Office in Salem, Massachusetts, offered insight into criminal law and broadened her perspective on the legal profession.
Emily believes that successful legal representation requires more than legal knowledge alone. Clear communication, careful organization, and genuine empathy play an important role in addressing legal concerns and helping clients make informed decisions. Her diverse professional experience has reinforced the value of listening closely, understanding individual circumstances, and developing practical solutions tailored to each matter.
Emily LeClerc continues to build a practice centered on diligence, responsiveness, and client-focused service. Her experience across civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, family law, and landlord/tenant matters allows her to approach legal issues from multiple perspectives.
