Christopher L. Boldt is a New Hampshire attorney and partner at Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC, whose work focuses on municipal law, land use, real estate, environmental issues, taxation, utilities, telecommunications, litigation, appeals,and  lawsuits and disputes. As a partner, he represents municipalities, property owners, and businesses in matters that often involve public boards, courts, state agencies, and complex rules. Christopher earned a B.A. from Trinity University in 1984. He earned a J.D. from the University of Texas in 1988. He also completed a study at the University of Texas Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution in 2001. His education supports his work with legal analysis, public policy, negotiation, and problem-solving. He was first admitted to practice in Texas in 1988 and later admitted to New Hampshire in 2002, giving him broad legal training, professional range, and context.

Christopher advises city and town managers, administrators, boards of selectmen, city councils, and land use boards across New Hampshire. His work includes title matters, conveyancing, boundary disputes, easements, conservation easements, site plan approvals, variance requests, wetlands matters, shoreland rules, permitting issues, tax appeals, mediation, litigation, and appellate work. He also appears before Superior Courts, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and state agencies such as the BTLA, DES, DOT, and PUC on important public, property, and land matters for clients.

Christopher L. Boldt has helped public and private clients address problems that affect land, services, budgets, and community decisions. He has served on the New Hampshire Bar Association Title Standards Subcommittee and previously chaired the Municipal and Government Law Section. In 2019, he was named Russ Marcoux Municipal Advocate of the Year by the New Hampshire Municipal Association. He also lectures on municipal, title, land use, and related topics for professional groups in New Hampshire, sharing practical guidance with lawyers, surveyors, officials, local leaders, boards, agencies, communities statewide, and private clients.
