Kelsey Allen is an experienced immigration attorney leading removal and deportation defense for individuals and families across the United States. Kelsey Allen heads the Immigration Court practice group, representing clients in proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2013. She later completed her Juris Doctor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2017. During her legal education, she interned with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Chief Counsel, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of immigration enforcement.
Kelsey’s practice includes asylum claims, naturalization, family-based petitions, and humanitarian immigration cases such as those under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and U visa protections for victims of crimes.
