Emilee Daley

Emilee Daley is a family law attorney at DBMA Family Law Group in Oregon. Her practice includes contested and uncontested divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, third-party custody and visitation, restraining orders including FAPA matters, modifications, spousal support, dissolution of domestic partnerships, and enforcement and contempt proceedings. Emilee works closely with clients to identify goals, understand available options, and pursue practical solutions to family law disputes and changing court orders.

Emilee earned a J.D. from Willamette University School of Law in 2024 and a B.S. from the University of Oregon in 2021. In law school, she received the High Paper Award in Oregon Family Law Practice, served as Executive Secretary of the Moot Court Board, was named Best Appellate Oralist, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. This advocacy training supports her ability to prepare legal arguments and explain family law issues clearly.

While in law school, Emilee clerked for a busy family law firm in the South Willamette Valley, gaining courtroom exposure and hands-on experience before entering practice. Her current work covers both initial family law proceedings and later disputes over existing orders. She assists with matters involving parenting arrangements, financial support, restraining orders, domestic partnerships, modifications, enforcement, and contempt, giving her experience with the practical issues families may face at different stages of a case.

Emilee Daley was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2024. Her early career reflects a concentrated focus on family law, courtroom advocacy, and direct client counseling. She combines formal training in Oregon family law with practical experience gained during her clerkship and current practice. By explaining legal options and working with clients to define realistic goals, she helps individuals navigate family disputes with an emphasis on clear communication, preparation, and durable legal solutions.
