Eli Fuchsberg

Eli Fuchsberg is a partner at the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm, LLP, and he represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, civil rights law, and product liability matters. He manages each case from initial evaluation through discovery, negotiation, and trial. He regularly secures seven-figure settlements while advocating for clients harmed by negligence, defective products, and civil rights violations.

Eli earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2013. He served as senior notes editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic, the Debtors’ Rights Project, and a federal government civil litigation clinic. He earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He gained experience through internships with Legal Aid, federal prosecutors, and New Hampshire public defenders.

Eli clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Arthur Bergman from 2013 to 2014. He gained admission to the New Jersey Bar and the District of New Jersey in 2013. He joined the New York Bar in 2014 and later gained admission to federal courts in New York. He became a partner in 2020 after building his record in medical malpractice, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation.
