Elden Pennington is the founder of Pennington Law LLC in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he represents clients in criminal defense, DUI, driver’s license matters, game and fish cases, personal injury, and civil rights claims. Pennington also represents hunters, guides, and outfitters in criminal and administrative matters involving game and fish violations, license suspensions, and regulatory issues. Pennington earned a B.A. in Conservation Studies from the College of Santa Fe and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
