Edward L. Weiner

Edward L. Weiner is a Fairfax, Virginia, founding partner who represents injured plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury matters. His practice includes car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, rideshare accidents, dog bite injuries, slip and fall accidents, nursing home abuse, drunk driving accidents, and traumatic brain injury claims. Weiner earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1980. He received an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1977. His education supports a practice built on legal analysis, litigation strategy, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy for clients facing serious injury claims and appeals.

Weiner has advocated for injured plaintiffs for more than 40 years. His work includes successful trials and appeals in state and federal courts, along with numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts. His cases have included claims involving a deaf community member against an international retailer, a survivor of repeated sexual abuse involving religious institutions, and a severely injured survivor of the 2017 Charlottesville Rally car attack.
