T. Vaden Warren, Jr.

T. Vaden Warren, Jr. is a Virginia personal injury lawyer who has represented injured clients since 1997. He handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse, defective products, and wrongful death. His practice focuses on helping people pursue compensation after serious injuries caused by negligence.

Vaden earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia in 1993. After working for the Virginia House of Delegates, he earned his law degree from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1997. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board, building advocacy skills that support his work in injury litigation.

Vaden has extensive courtroom experience and has tried more than 100 personal injury cases to verdict. His background includes opening and running a branch office for one of Virginia’s largest personal injury firms from 2000 to 2003.
