Edward G. Lindsey

Edward G. Lindsey is a Tulsa litigation attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes. As a sole practitioner, he concentrates on criminal defense, family law, personal injury, professional malpractice, lender liability, insurance bad faith, and civil litigation. His criminal practice includes DUI and DWI, drug crimes, felonies, misdemeanors, white-collar crime, probation and parole violations, and expungements. He also handles divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and business disputes.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Tulsa in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa in 1992. His legal studies also included summer programs in comparative law at the University of Aberdeen and European Community law through the College of William and Mary and Universidad de Madrid. In 2023, he was listed as an LL.M. candidate in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Aberdeen.

Edward began private practice after law school and tried and won his first case within three months. His courtroom experience covers matters involving criminal charges, domestic relations, business litigation, banking liability, consumer fraud, debtor and creditor rights, medical malpractice, police misconduct, and prisoners’ rights. He is licensed in Oklahoma and admitted before all three federal district courts in the state, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Edward G. Lindsey also serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University. He designed the curriculum for courses in Business Ethics and the Law and White Collar Criminal Law. His combined experience as a practicing attorney, professor, and business owner informs a practical approach to client service.
