Ms. Moorman began her educational journey at Southern Illinois University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law Studies in 2010. Following this, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Troy University, graduating with honors in 2012. She then completed her legal education at Emory University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2018. During law school, she gained valuable experience interning with the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office and participating in organizations such as the Criminal Law Society and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
Licensed to practice law since 2018, Ms. Moorman is admitted to the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
