E. Edward Qaqish

E. Edward Qaqish is a skilled criminal defense lawyer serving clients throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. He has handled hundreds of cases across Pennsylvania, representing people facing charges ranging from minor to serious offenses. His practice at The Law Office of E. Edward Qaqish includes defending clients accused of theft, misdemeanors, DUIs, drug distribution, aggravated assault, and other significant crimes. He also represents commercial and non-commercial drivers in traffic court, helping clients protect their licenses and careers. Mr. Qaqish completed his graduation with a degree in Political Science from Kutztown University and a J.D. from Widener University’s School of Law. During law school, he earned recognition as a Widener Merit Scholar and served as an Internal Editor for the Widener Law Journal. He was also certified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to represent clients through the Widener Civil Law Clinic before graduating with honors.

Mr. Qaqish began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the President Judge of the 39th Judicial District in Franklin and Fulton Counties. He was later promoted to Head Law Clerk, a role that allowed him to develop strong knowledge of criminal law, court procedures, and complex litigation. After gaining valuable experience in Franklin and Dauphin Counties, he returned to the Lehigh Valley to establish his own firm. Since then, he has built a respected criminal defense practice known for decisive action and reliable guidance.
