His professional background also includes consulting with international clients in Chicago and Washington, D.C. These experiences broadened his legal knowledge and strengthened his ability to analyze complicated issues from multiple perspectives before returning to Iowa to establish his legal practice.

Dustin remains actively involved in community and civic organizations throughout the Dubuque area. His service has included leadership roles and board positions with several local groups, reflecting a long-standing dedication to public engagement. His affiliations include serving as Past President of the Dubuque Jaycees, Past Board Member of Dubuque Montessori School, a participant in Leadership Dubuque’s Class of 2017, Board Member of Dubuque/Jackson Counties Habitat for Humanity, and Board Member of the Carnegie-Stout Public Library Foundation. He is admitted to practice law in Iowa.
