Duncan M. Harle

Duncan M. Harle is an experienced Georgia attorney licensed in state and federal courts. He represents clients in Georgia’s State Trial Courts and is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia. He is known for his steady courtroom presence and commitment to thorough case preparation.

Duncan began his education at Southern Illinois University, B.S. 1993. He later completed a joint program at the University of South Carolina/College of Charleston, Master of Public Administration, 1996. He then earned his John Marshall Law School, J.D. 2002. While in law school, he was named to Who’s Who in American Law School Students and served as an officer in the Student Bar Association. He also competed on the ATLA Regional Trial Competition team.

Duncan focuses on delivering careful and well-prepared representation. His admissions include the State Trial Courts of Georgia, 2006; the Georgia Court of Appeals & Supreme Court of Georgia, 2006; and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, 2007. Duncan is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and remains active in professional and civic service. He has served on the John Marshall Law School Alumni Board and contributed to community initiatives, including the Northwest Atlanta Library Public Art Community Selection Panel.
