Drew McNutt

Drew McNutt is a dedicated trial attorney whose practice focuses on helping individuals and families pursue justice after serious injuries. Drew earned a B.S. from the University of Alabama in 2007. He later earned a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and maintains active involvement in the legal community through memberships in the Alabama State Bar, Tennessee State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice, and The National Trial Lawyers.

Drew began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Tom King, Jr. in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. After completing that clerkship, he worked for several years at an insurance defense firm, representing insurance carriers and insured parties. That early experience helped shape a practical understanding of litigation strategy, case evaluation, and courtroom advocacy.

Drew has focused on representing injured individuals since 2004. Over the course of his career, he has served as lead counsel in numerous jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience covers a broad range of personal injury matters, including truck and automobile collisions, premises liability claims, medical malpractice cases, defective products, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and industrial and construction accidents. Through careful preparation and strategic representation, he has obtained favorable judgments and verdicts, including multiple six-figure jury verdicts.
