About
Drew L. Williams is the founder of Williams Legal Services, a Missouri practice focused on estate planning and family law in the St. Louis area. He helps clients create wills, trusts, and related plans intended to protect assets and provide for family members. He also represents clients in divorce and custody matters, guiding them through legal rights, property concerns, parenting issues, and court preparation when family disputes require formal proceedings or negotiated solutions.
Drew earned a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2015 with an emphasis on Child and Family Law. During law school, he became a member of the Order of Barristers and received the Child and Family Services Clinic Outstanding Student Award. His education established an early focus on family law while providing advocacy and practical training that later supported work in domestic relations litigation and estate planning for Missouri families.
Drew began his legal career as a law clerk in the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, assisting with family law and domestic relations dockets. He later practiced family law at Todt, Ryan, Cody & Fuchs, LLC and served as a litigation attorney with Cordell & Cordell. In 2022, he founded Williams Legal Services, expanding his work to include estate planning while continuing to handle divorce and other family law matters.
Drew L. Williams combines family-law litigation experience with estate planning work designed to help clients protect children, property, and long-term stability. His background includes court service, private family-law practice, and management of active domestic litigation caseloads. Through wills, trusts, divorce representation, custody advocacy, and related planning, he helps families make legal decisions with clear information and careful preparation, connecting immediate needs with the longer-term consequences of family and estate choices.
