Douglas H. Wigdor is the founding partner of Wigdor LLP and one of the nation’s most recognized and accomplished employment litigators. With verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements exceeding $1.5 billion, Douglas has secured justice in some of the most consequential employment cases of the past two decades.

Douglas earned his J.D. from Catholic University School of Law, graduating at the top of his class and serving on the Law Review. He holds an M.A. from Oxford University, where he was Editor of the Oxford International Review and a recipient of the prestigious “Full-Blue” award. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Washington University.

Douglas has represented clients in landmark cases involving major public figures and institutions, including litigation against Harvey Weinstein, Sean Combs, James Dolan, the NFL, and Madison Square Garden. Known for his relentless advocacy and high-impact results, he has helped spark corporate resignations, policy changes, and nationwide conversations about workplace accountability.
