Douglas Baxter

Douglas Baxter is a Senior Associate Attorney at Hunsucker Legal Group, where he represents clients across Oklahoma in DUI, DWI, APC, and other criminal defense cases. Known for his comprehensive legal knowledge and strategic approach, he has earned a strong reputation for securing dismissals, reductions, and non-conviction outcomes for his clients.

Douglas earned undergraduate degrees from Oklahoma State University–Oklahoma City and Southern Nazarene University before completing his Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Douglas’s legal foundation was strengthened by an internship with Judge Lumpkin of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, during which he gained valuable insight into the appellate process. Since joining Hunsucker Legal Group, he has continued to grow as a trial attorney, with a focus on DUI defense and criminal litigation.
