Doug Malek

Doug Malek is a dedicated attorney who advocates for the rights of injured workers across Ohio. He concentrates his legal work in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death, with a deep commitment to helping clients get the support they need. Doug works to ensure every injured worker has a fair chance at recovering benefits.

Doug earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University in 2004. He continued his education at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2007. While there, he earned the CALI AWARD in workers’ compensation for receiving the top score in the course.

Doug now focuses almost entirely on workers’ compensation cases. He represents clients who have been hurt on the job and helps them navigate the legal system to get medical treatment and lost wage benefits. His strong grasp of the law and detailed understanding of Ohio’s workers’ compensation rules help him guide clients through tough and confusing times.

Recognizing his outstanding results and courtroom advocacy, Doug was selected for The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, an elite list of young attorneys known for exceptional leadership, skill, and trial experience.
