Donald L. Fuller

Donald L. Fuller is a veteran trial attorney with more than three decades of experience representing clients across Wyoming. Known for his commitment to justice and courtroom skill, he has successfully handled a wide range of criminal defense cases, personal injury matters, and wrongful death claims in both state and federal courts.

Donald graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1992. He began his legal career as an associate in private practice, quickly rising to partnership alongside Michael Krampner. Upon his partner’s retirement in 2010, he took full ownership of the firm and led it until passing the reins in 2023.

Donald has successfully defended clients in high-stakes criminal cases ranging from DUI and assault to armed robbery, aggravated kidnapping, and first-degree murder. He also handles complex charges such as vehicular homicide, white collar crimes, and embezzlement. Known for his sharp instincts and straightforward, client-focused approach, Donald has built a strong reputation as both a strategic negotiator and a powerful trial lawyer in the courtroom.

Donald has also handled numerous personal injury and wrongful death claims with a focus on achieving justice and compensation for those harmed by negligence. Though retired from firm leadership, he remains an active member of the Wyoming Bar and continues to take on select cases that align with his passion for criminal defense.
