Donald L. Blaszka

Donald L. Blaszka Jr. is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer serving clients throughout New Hampshire and northeastern Massachusetts. He focuses his practice at Germaine & Blaszka, P.A. on DWI, DUI, and OUI charges, as well as other serious motor vehicle and criminal matters. He represents clients in all state courts and before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. His approach is strategic and thorough, working to protect each client’s rights, freedom, and future at every stage of the legal process with proven advocacy.

Mr. Blaszka earned his B.A. in History and Government from Lehigh University. He then received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served on the National Trial Team. His academic training built a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy. Through rigorous coursework and trial preparation, he developed the analytical skills and discipline required to handle complex criminal and motor vehicle cases with confidence. He applies this knowledge in every client matter he handles.

Mr. Blaszka brings decades of courtroom experience to his clients licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He carefully reviews police reports, evidence, and procedures to identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s case. He negotiates when appropriate and litigates aggressively when a trial is necessary. In addition to private practice, he has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching Criminal Law, Courts and Criminal Procedure, Tort Law, Litigation, Business Law, and Legal Writing and Analysis. His teaching strengthens his courtroom skills and strategy.
