Dianne DiNapoli Einstein focuses her legal career on helping individuals resolve complex workplace and family challenges with clarity and fairness. Her practice centers on employment law, family law, and mediation, where she guides clients through disputes that affect careers, finances, and family stability while promoting practical and respectful legal solutions.
Dianne earned her formal legal education at the University of Dayton School of Law. She completed her Juris Doctor in 1996 and graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as editor of the law review, gaining strong research, writing, and analytical skills that continue to shape her legal approach today.
Dianne began her career practicing general litigation, where she developed extensive courtroom experience handling a wide range of legal disputes. This early work allowed her to build confidence in advocacy, procedure, and strategy. Over time, she identified a strong interest in cases involving employment matters and family law issues.
Dianne represents clients in employment cases involving race discrimination, age discrimination, disability discrimination, pregnancy and gender discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment. She also handles divorces, dissolutions, collaborative divorces, same sex custody cases, and adoptions. Her work reflects a balanced focus on legal rights, negotiation, and effective resolution.
Dianne is an experienced divorce attorney serving clients throughout Central Ohio. She has completed extensive training in Collaborative divorce and mediation and is a member of the Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Her professional memberships include the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Employment Lawyers’ Association, and West Virginia Bar Association (inactive).
Dianne has received peer recognition for her legal skill and professionalism, including being named a Lawyer of Distinction in Family and Divorce Law in 2018. She has also earned an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and has been selected as both a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer since 2008.
