Jerry M. Bryan brings decades of legal experience advising individuals and organizations across Ohio on complex legal matters. Jerry completed his undergraduate education at Youngstown State University, earning a B.A., cum laude, in 1988. He later pursued legal studies at The Ohio State University, where he obtained his J.D., with honors, in 1991. This academic foundation prepared him for a disciplined and analytical approach to legal practice.

Jerry was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1991 and has since been authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. His admissions also include the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court, reflecting extensive courtroom qualifications.

Jerry maintains a broad-based legal practice with a concentration in business and corporate law, creditors’ rights, labor and employment law, probate and trusts, and bankruptcy-related matters. His work frequently involves guiding clients through regulatory concerns, financial disputes, and compliance issues with clear, structured legal strategies.

Jerry has also contributed to legal education, serving for ten years as an adjunct professor of Business Law and Ethics at Kent State University.
