Diana Novo

Diana Novo has dedicated her legal career to helping injured people pursue the compensation and benefits they deserve. She focuses on Defense Base Act claims and uses her litigation background to represent clients before the Office of Administration Law Judges. Her experience includes handling disputes involving insurance companies and advocating for individuals facing difficult legal situations.

Diana earned a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University in 2015, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned Dean’s List recognition. She later obtained her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2018 at Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she was also named to the Dean’s List.

Diana began her legal career working in Personal Injury Protection insurance litigation. In that role, she represented medical providers in disputes against insurance companies that failed to properly reimburse claims. She later expanded her experience into First Party Property insurance litigation, assisting clients with residential property insurance matters and developing strong courtroom and litigation skills.

Diana has built a practice centered on helping injured workers through Defense Base Act claims. She brings experience handling complex civil matters against corporations and insurance carriers while remaining focused on client advocacy. Her work involves guiding clients through the legal process and helping them seek financial recovery after injuries affecting their lives and livelihoods.
